Exciting HK Winner Sold by Three Bridges
Exciting Hong Kong based Sebring four year-old Lucky Bubbles posted his fourth win from just seven starts when racing away to win the Class Two sprint over 1200 metres by two lengths at Sha Tin on Sunday.
Lucky Bubbles was made a Breednet ‘One to Watch’ when he bolted in at Wyong at his second start last August and has run right up to that form since transferring to Hong Kong.
Previously trained by Bjorn Baker and now with KW Lui in Hong Kong, Lucky Bubbles has won his past three starts and looks on track for many more wins to come.
A $90,000 Inglis Premier purchase from the Three Bridges Thoroughbreds draft, Lucky Bubbles was bred by Gilgai Farm and is the first foal of stakes-placed Bubble Below, a half-sister by Hussonet (USA) to stakes-winner Lunaspur and three-quarter sister-in-blood to Group II winner Colorado Claire.
