Snitzel Winner Sold by Three Bridges
Snitzel racked up his 25th two year-old winner of the season at Geelong on Tuesday when the China Horse Club colours were carried to victory by Curvature, a $300,000 Inglis Premier purchase from the Three Bridges Thoroughbreds draft.
Second in three of his previous four runs including a second in the $250,000 Inglis Premier, the Lee and Anthony Freedman trained colt was sent out a short priced favourite and did not disappoint.
Given a good run from barrier two by Daniel Moor, Curvature let down impressively in the straight to win the 1300 metre maiden by nearly two lengths.
He is the first winner for stakes-placed Orbiting Belle, a Spinning World (USA) grand-daughter of stakes-winner Bichette.
A proven source of winners and home to promising young stallions Stryker and Unencumbered, Three Bridges is one of the most progressive farms in Victoria and will have a significant draft of weanlings and mares to be offered at the Inglis Great Southern Sale starting this Sunday.
