At Three Bridges Thoroughbreds, each horse is treated as an individual to ensure their unique needs are met. Pastures are analysed by a nutritionist and a customised mixed feed ensures all nutritional requirements are catered for.
Broodmare Management
We pride ourselves on being able to continually achieve extremely high in-foal rates on farm. We want to assist you in achieving the best possible results from your bloodstock portfolio, no matter how large or small.
Foaling
The expected birth of a foal from a favourite mare is an exciting but worrying time for many horse owners. Our experienced staff will ensure that your mare is given the best possible chance to produce a live, healthy foal.
Weaning
Our experienced staff provide weaning as stress-free way as possible. Foals are taught to tie and eat hard feed whilst still on their dams before being boxed, taught to lead and to pick up their feet during the actual weaning process.
A walk in service
Breeders can also send their mares to our stallions on a ‘walk-in, walk-out’ basis or, mares can be sent for the duration of the breeding season whether they are dry mares or, mares that need to be foaled down and mated again.
Sales preparation
Our sales preparation services include weanlings, yearlings, racehorses and broodmares. We strive to bring to the market a horse that meets the needs of the individual owner and to achieve a successful sale.
On Site Vet
During the stud season, an on site resident veterinarian is employed to ensure the highest level of care and attention for your horses when they need it most.
